Complete a youth application and financial assistance application (digitally or printed)
Provide both forms to the Committee Chair or Cubmaster for signatures
Either email the completed forms and payment info to unitservice@cacin.us or deliver the completed forms and payment to the council service center (payments via check will be made out to Crossroads of America Council)

Turn in a health form for your Scout(s) and any adults that'll be with them during the year
Notify your Den Leader after you've either watched the Safeguarding Youth Parents’ Guide video or reviewed the How to Protect Your Children pamphlet
Connect with the pack's treasurer about paying pack dues (separate from the national membership, and also non‑refundable; ask about financial assistance).

Minor issues should be raised to your den leader.
Major issues should be raised to the Committee Chair or the Cubmaster. If you have issues with both of those volunteers, escalate your issue to Friends of Brownsburg Scouting and our professional District Executive.
